  I am looking for a good midi controller for taking advantage of ALL the functions for two H9’s. Would this one do the trick?

  We're not familiar with the unit you mention so can't give you an answer. Hopefully its manufacturer or some of our other users can give you some advice.

  Does it need to be a foot controller? If you really need to control everything, you’ll probably want something like the BCR2000: http://music-group.com/Categories/Behringer/Computer-Audio/Desktop-Controllers/BCR2000/p/P0245

  Yes, I need a foot controller, as a guitar player it’s the only way I can make the changes on the fly.
