Missing Preset Files – Shimmer Verb

Hi I have a working authorised and ilok activated on my m1 mac but the preset folder is empty  – the folder is in the location it should be there are just no preset files in it

please can someone help or send link to the preset files so i can drag them into the folder thanks

Hello,

Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in, making sure that the presets box is checked off when running the installer? You can locate the uninstaller at: /Applications/Eventide/Uninstallers/

Let me know what happens.
