      Hi everyone!

      My modfactor doesn't stored the MIDI and UTILITY parameters I put. Why is that? There any way to stored them? Ideas?

      Make sure that you are using the Eventide power supply.  If you are, it may be a hardware fault, and you should contact your dealer or support@eventide.com

      Yes I'm using the eventide power supply. It could be a hardware fault? Tongue Tied
