N90 not connecting to new Mac Studio

Hello, I recently replaced my computer with a new Mac Studios (M2 Ultra) running Ventura 13.4.1 and not I am not able to connect to my H90. Everything worked fine with the old mac. Not the Eventide Direct Updater and the H90 control do not see the H90 pedal. Tried a few different USB cables and connection ports, but no luck. Has anyone else had this issue … any recommendations to resolve?

Make sure you’re connecting directly to the computer and not through a USB hub of any type. Next, try deleting the H90 in H90 Control by clicking the X on the top right of the pedal icon that appears when you first start H90 Control. Then, click “Add Device” on the top right and see if Control detects the pedal. The last thing I would try is going into the Mac’s Audio/MIDI setup and removing the H90 there. Reconnect the pedal so the computer detects it once again and see if you can connect to Control.

Another thing to add, Eventide Direct Updater is not supported for the H90. Use H90 Control to update your pedal.
