New H8000FW will not start up

      just hooked up my new H8000FW and when I trun on the unit, all I am getting is the white screen w/ the blue border..will not load internal programs or start up.., no buttons responsive …does any one know if there is there a reset combination of button presses w/ a poer on / off to reset the unit?
