New H90 Control does not import from h9

I am new to the machine, and coming from a H9, I was trying to import to my H90 my own presets from the old H9. I did it at first, then came the updated h90 control, and made a factory reset to start anew, but then I could not import my old presets, I think there’s a bug somewhere as when importing in H90 Control it does not look for H9 presets…

Is that a known issue to be resolved, or is it something I am doing wrong?

We’ve just confirmed there is an issue with importing H9 lists in the latest version of H9 Control. We’re looking into a fix for this, sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting this.

Is this fixed? When I try to import a single preset into H90 Control, all .h9z and .tide files are grayed out and cannot be imported.

I am not having issues with this. I’ve responded to your support ticket, so we can troubleshoot this further there.

Please make sure you have the latest version of H90 Control and H90 software installed.
