No presets installed for Ultraverb VST 64bit

Just purchased your Ultraverb product, and am disappointed to find that there were no preset files installed in teh default location of:

C:UsersCraigDocumentsEventideUltraReverbPresets

The folder itself has no files in it, and the system info labels it as an empty folder.  Indeed, a search on my HD for any “.tide” files turns up nothing.

FWIW, I installed on Windows 10, and the only plug in option I selected was 64-bit VST.  Can anyone help, or point me to a location I can just download the “.tide” files and I’ll be on my way?

Hi Dr_Venture-

Run the installer again, but make sure you have "Presets and User Guide" checked as well as the 64-bit VST option. Let me know if that doesn't do the trick.
