Hello guys!
First question:
Just bought the Timefactor and I`m not being able to register it with the serial ( Bought it used from Guitar Center) . Sent an email to Eventide two days ago, still no answer. Could someone please send me the update file? (victor.korff@gmail.com)Sec Question:
I own a fender 3 button footswitch and a trs livewire patch cable, was wondering if I could use them as auxiliary footswitch, tried to set them but the two buttons on the left worked as the same function (repeat) and can`t the first button won`t work no matter what I do.Hope you guys can help me out! Thank youu!

We have the same footswitch in the office and it works fine. I'd try another TRS cable.
