While i have issues with hardware now software is giving horrible issues. The email asociated with my ilok is different than the one associated with my eventide login… so to says to authorize and then sends to my email and says to click on the link sent to the email on ,my eventide. But there is no link in that emial it just says my password is changed but I never changed my password for this. But then going back to the account still says it cannot list plugins associated with my account and same circle of nonsense.
All these issues are unacceptable for a company like this to be giving me all the time. regardless of software or hardware its nothing but issues
