the aux switch control stopped working on my Pitchfactor. No matter what I enter in the aux sw settings, only TIP works and that on two buttons at the same time. It’s not in the switch, they all do it, I tried another piece. I have a Digitech f3x. The cable is fine.
I did a factory reset and unfortunately the problem still persists.
I am asking for any experience or advice with this problem.
Unfortunately, it looks like a hardware problem.
