Pitchfactor Power Issue

I’ve had my Pitchfactor for about 5 years now. When I power it up everything seems okay and everything works well; however, it cuts out quite frequently. Especially when the top of the power supply has been touched. I’m going to try some things to resolve it today but I think it’s a problem with the power socket in the stompbox. The moment it’s touched you have to jiggle it a little to make sure it works but it can still just cut out from little to no movement on the pedal. 

 

I was just wondering before I tried anything if anyone had reported or had similar issues and managed to resolve it?

Sorry – it sounds as if the socket in the unit has been damaged.

If you have a techy friend (and the unit is out of warranty) you could try resoldering it, otherwise support@eventide.com
