I own a Pitchfactor and it just stopped working one day for no apparent reason. I have tried initializing and updating, but it doen’t help the issue. All of the knops and display seem to function but there’s zero effects when in active mode or when in bank mode. It feels like a loose wire or connection. In the beginning the pedal would glitch out and it would seem to play okay but was a bit distorted and the signal would eventually fade out to nothing. This pedal has never left the pedal board or used for a gig and has been treated like the holy grail, so I’m not sure why it just stopped working except that it happened shortly after initializing. I have tried updating , initializing several times, but its like the pedal just fizzled out. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, please advise… This pedal cost way too much to just fizzle out for no reason! Any advice is appreciated.
