        Hi there.

        I connected my PF to the H9 control on my laptop (via USB), it required software update. I followed the instructions provided (exported a .syx file and prompted the pedal by holding the center fs while powering up), but at some point a notice pops up saying that the pedal doesn’t communicate properly. The next suggestions (hold right fs and hot knob while powering up) doesn’t seem to fix this. What should I do? Am I doing anything wrong?
