So, did you finally manage to update? When you say you were using the "Update utility", do you mean the "Eventide Update Utility"? There's another updater that comes bundled in with H9 Control called the "Eventide Direct Updater" that should deal with that problem better than the "Eventide Update Utility" does. Basically, we learned during the beta that this problem was happening when the updater tried to reboot a stompbox into update mode, but if the user put the stompbox in update mode themselves by turning the unit off and then on again with the middle footswitch pressed, then this problem didn't occur.
