PLEASE HELP! H8000FW will not boot

I have an H8000FW that I am using on the road. It travels in a shock-mounted rack. i fired it up this afternoon before line check and midway through the boot up process it gave a message about the memory being "unprogrammed." After this message it went into a test mode (001: All Test). After returning from catering about 30 minutes later, it appeared to have cycled through the test procedure about 7 or 8 times. I powered it off and on several more times, all with the same result. i took the lid off just to see if any ribbons had wiggled loose,  but everything looked great. Any suggestions? What can I do to have this unit for the show tomorrow? Thanks for any help you can send my way!

I regret that this sounds like a hardware problem that may not be quickly repairable.

But, given your predicament and the message you report, I would suggest that you try to upgrade the unit in the usual manner, and hope that this re-writes the memory.
