      hi guys. i just need some help here. just bought a timefactor. was playing it for a couple of minutes then the power supply blew up. im just worried if the pedal would still keep working. i have not bought any other psu yet so i really cant say if its working or not. anyone who experienced the same issue here?

      This is pretty worrying. I would suggest that you take the unit back to your dealer for a replacement – it is hard to know the current state of either the pedal or its power supply.

      If that is not possible you should contact support@eventide.com.
