Hi, is it possible to power the H9 with a voodoo pedal power 2+?

We can only recommend our supplied power supplies. You should contact Voodoo and ask them what they think.

The H9 requires 9VDC @ min 500ma to run, so it doesn't look like that power supply will do it. It will also work with 12VDC @ 400ma (it's been stated on this forum several times, and I believe the PowerFactor runs at 12V).

Correct PowerFactor runs pedals at 12v DC

I couldn't make it work reliably with mine. Back to the supplied power supply.

Is it better to use 12V or 9V? Some pedals work better with 12 V. Is there a difference for h9?

H9 will work with either. It uses less current on 12V.
But, please note the following:
1) Any damage caused by unapproved power supplies will not be covered by warranty.
2) A 12V supply must be regulated. An unregulated supply may put out a higher voltage that can cause damage.

It works on my Voodoo Lab Iso5, 12vdc output (300mA) with 2.5mm Reverse Polarity (Center Positive) Barrel Cable.
