It's not possible to save a Preset in the Bypass State. However, there are a couple ways to accomplish what you are trying to do. One would be to store a preset at 0% Mix. (This would be the same as DSP Bypass.)
Another would be through MIDI. You could use a MIDI controller to send a MIDI Program Change command that will put the unit in Bypass.

By popular request we put in a feature a while ago, where, if you save a preset when the unit is bypassed and then load it with a MIDI Program Change, it will come up bypassed.
