problem with tap button

  Hi, my timefactor has a problem, "tap button" doesn't work. i can't use it for change time and if i hold it anything happen…
  
  can it be a software problem? or can it be produced by some power trouble?
  
  can an update resolve the problem?

  If the button truly has no effect at any time, the switch is probably broken. Contact support@eventide.com.

  Same here. I have problems with all three switches… nothing happens or with enormous delay… on mine looks like a software problem. Plus in play mode if I press any other button the pedal goes bananas… as it is is unusable 🙁
