Hi,
I’m new around here *waves*.
I recently bought a used H9 max from andertons.co.uk and I’m unable toregister it as it’s still under the previous owners name.
I have raised a ticket with eventde support via email but I have not heard anything back.
I have also asked Andertons to see if they can contact the original owner to de register the H9, but I’m guessing that’s not going to happen.
A few questions:
How long does it usually take for support to get back to you?
If I manage to re register the H9, will I lose all algorythms from it? (I’m unsure whetehr this was un upgradd core unit and Andertons didn’t know either)
Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope to speak to you all soon!

I'd check your junk mail folder if you haven't received a response in longer than that. Support is going to ask you to send them a photo of the serial number sticker of the H9. The serial number looks like H9-12345. I'd go ahead and send them a second email with that photo of the serial number sticker.quickfaith wrote:If I manage to re register the H9, will I lose all algorythms from it? It will still be a Max for you — the new owner.

That’s brilliant – thank you.
Lukily I took a photo of the serial imagining they would need to see it.
I shall re-sent my support ticket with that attached.
I shall let you know how I get on so you can close this thread.
