      I bought a used Mod Factor. When I tried to update the software, which the former owner not had done, I saw that I had to register the product. My problem is that I can't find any serial number on the pedal. Is there any way I can get around this problem?

      The serial number is on a bar-code sticker under the unit. It can also be found from the UTILITY menu (see manual).
