      Hello,

      Hopefully someone can assist me – I’m attempting to register a used H90, which currently is registered to a previous owner, whom I do not know (and therefore cannot ask to de-register the unit).

      I’ve followed the instructions on the Eventide site – photo of serial number and emailed support@eventide.com, as suggested – but this email keeps getting returned saying that the ‘support’ address does not exist. I’ve tried from multiple email addresses, with and without the attachment and still no joy.

      What do I do? Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get through to support?

      Hello,

      It looks like we are having some issues with that email address.

      Can you please resend the email and picture of the serial number to support@eventideaudio.com? I just checked and that is working correctly.

      I recently purchased a used H 90 (12-12-2024) it was previously registered by and need to register it for my self. I attached a photo of the serial number my name is Terrence Hamilton my email is blkface@swbell.net

        Sorry, the picture of the serial number was not attached.

        You should not be posting pictures of the serial number on our forums, that is the way we can confirm that a specific unit belongs to a user.

        Please email support@eventideaudio.com with a picture of the serial number and we can take care of this there.
