I've got an Eclipse that I've had for a few years.
I bought from a friend who bought it new from Sweetwater. He said he prefered using plug-ins.
It had a dead battery and software version 2.0 when I first got it.
I registered it and got a software update to 3.1 and a new battery.
I taked to someone at tech support about the battery and the upgrade.
Now the website says my serial # is invalid and support won't reply to my email.
Any thoughts?
