Reversed values with new expression pedal

Hi guys,

 

I am new here and am having a problem with a new single pot expression pedal with the H9.

It’s talking perfectly with the H9 but the problem is, the values are reversed, i.e. zero is all the way clockwise and max value is all the way counter clockwise.

I opened up my pedal and there are no adjustable bits of a reverse polarity switch etc. My pedal is by Saturnworks. It clearly works but I have this issue, any pointers?

You should probably talk to the pedal manufacturer, but you could always reverse the end connections to the pot.

A miswired lead could also do this – try another one.

I hadn’t thought of that actually – really good suggestion 🙂

I’ll give it a try with a different stereo lead. Do you think a stereo minijack with a stereo adaptor on each end would do the job until I can get a good lead?

Kinda depends on the quality of the cable and connectors. Nothing lost by trying it.
