Purchased Ultrachannel on Plugin Boutique, didn’t get a serial number.
When I put in the numbers of the purchase at The Eventide site, it registered, but the plugin doesn’t show up on my list, thus no download or serial for my iLok.
And the email address to support doesn’t work. Mailer deamon returns the mails I send.

Have you linked your iLok account to your Eventide account. Go to your Eventide profile and right down the bottom there is an option to show your plugins. If you aren’t linked, you’ll be prompted to link. If you get to a plugin list and your Ultrachannel isn’t there, try to register it again.
Best way to get support is to raise a ticket at support.eventideaudio.com
