soI have a new phone and I am trying to get the control app to sync with my H9 Max. it is asking me for my PIN which I have entered AND now I need to log into the eventide home page through the app. BUT there is no letter keyboard, ONLY a calculator set of numbers. SO this obviously is not working. WHAT am I doing wrong?
Let me guess. Did you get a Samsung galaxy phone?
There is a workaround for it. When the number pad pops up, rotate your screen to the landscape mode, (and rotate it back to portrait mode if you like it) then the letter keyboard should appear.
