      Hi,

I’m working some live sound design for a theatre production and I have a synths going into a mixer, aux sending into a Timefactor as looper and then to a Space, in series (Timefactor —> Space). Both pedals have Killdry set to “NO”. When I record a loop in the Timefactor and it plays back, the Timefactor loop will NOT pass through the Space when the Space Mix knob is set to 0 (fully CCW). However, signals from my mixer is still passing through. I’m not sure what setting I have wrong as I was expecting both the recorded loop and live signals from the mixer to be passing through. It seems weird to me but I must have something set incorrectly.

      Any help much appreciated!

Is the MIX knob of your TimeFactor set to 50 (middle)?

      Hi,

Yes, my Timefactor knob is always set to 50%.

So – I just tried all 3 Bypass modes and the problem is still this: If (in Play mode) the Space is bypassed, I can hear the Timefactor loop playing, no problem. When the Space is active, I hear nothing when the Mix knob is fully counterclockwise. Is that normal?? I thought I’m supposed to hear the dry signal even when the pedal is active.

      Thanks a lot.

User error! I did not check the Routing in the Space and it was set to Wet/Dry instead of Normal. Hence, when the pedal was Active, Mix knob showed “Wet 0” and dry signal was muted.
