Subject: Communication error H9 application Control

H9 PEDAL / #SERIAL H9-04936 / LATEST FIRMWARE
H9 CONTROL APP / OSX BIG SUR

Via the application I have the issue “communication error” when I want to purchase a plugin then the application or the pedal can’t connect as per the attached screenshot. All other application and internet connection works well.
The connection bluetooth between H9 control and the H9 pedal has no issue
Could you help me?

Can you please confirm you are using the latest version of H9 Control? You can download it here: https://www.eventideaudio.com/downloads/?product=H9+Max

Note that the algorithm store is no longer available for purchasing individual algorithms. You must MaxOut your pedal to add algorithms: https://www.eventideaudio.com/h9-maxout-promo/
