Hi, I just bought an H9, but the former guy haven't unregistered the device. I can't get ahold of him, and I really need to setup the pedal ASAP as I have a gig coming up.
Can a supporter please help?
Thanks!

Contact support@eventide.com with full info (yours and the other guy). You should get a reply tomorrow (Monday).

I bought mine from the display case of a music store – assumed as brand new – but when trying to register I was told that it was already attached to another account.
What do we do if the prior user's information isn't obtainable?
And like the OP I need to get this up and running ASAP.

Contact support@eventide.com and just let us know where you bought it from. The unit might have been new by the way; some stores have been registering them themselves so they can show it off with the iOS app and they've been forgetting to deregister them before selling them.

I'll just pass along the information that I had the exact same thing happen with one of my H9's, and also a Timefactor, and the e-mail to support@eventide.com took care of it within 24 hours.
Provide them your username and your serial number and you should have no issues at all.
