Thanks for the email. Yes, perhaps my emails are going to spam. I’ve written a few times to support@eventide.com over the last month or two. After I posted I found an old post in the forums with an email address for nsanchez, they have responded as well and may be looking into my issue.
The issue is that I upgraded from Anthology XI to XII a while ago and I’m unable to get it registered. So it doesn’t show up in my iLok account. Which is username: Spaulding.
Anything that can be done to fix this would be appreciated.
