System settings not saved

When I go into the system editor and change the RCV CH from 1 to 2, and press and hold the encoder and the right foot switch to leave system editor mode, then I turn the timefactor off and then back again it reverts to RCV CH 1. All other system settings that I change are also lost… Huh?

Are you using the Eventide power supply ? If not, please do so. Otherwise, you should contact support@eventide.com

Yes, I use your wall wart.

I think the problem is related to configuring the timefactor with both MIDI in and outs connected to MIDI enabled equipment and the USB connected to a computer. Once I unplugged the USB cable everything worked as expected. Thx.

That surprises me – can't think what difference it would make. But, as long as you are up and running, all is good.

Note that the TF will ignore the DIN5 MIDI if the USB is connected.
