tap button not working

      Holding down the tap button does'nt switch between modes. overall, this switch is not working properly. Is it a software or hardware problem. Is there any authorized repair shops in toronto canada?

      Sounds like you have a broken switch. You should contact either the dealer from whom you bought the unit, or support@eventide.com.
