timefactor broken

      HI 

      I can not start up my Timefactor 

      when I power up  , panel just show a line of led on left side like "!" then shot down 

      it also can not restore or update software , it shows the same when i press middle bottom and encoder , I have checked the adapter work normally (12v)

      please help me

      Sorry – looks like it is broken. You should take it back to your dealer. Or, contact support@eventide.com

      Reload the software from the website. Fixed mine.
