        I am using my TimeFactor along with Pitch and Mod.  I use the Coiks power supply.  Today the switches would not function after working fine.   I unplugged the power and then plugged it back in.  Display said UPDATE and unplugged power again and now I'm back to normal.  

        Suggestions please.  Hardware issue?  Software issue?

          You may have a problem with the center footswitch (this is the one that would put it into update mode). Try "wiggling" it a bit to be sure it is not stuck in some way. If the problem occurs again you should talk to your dealer, or support@eventide.com as it may be a hardware fault.

            Thanks Nick.  I did a factory reset as well.  Software is currently up to date as far as I can tell.  Your Facebook page says you are in NYC.  Is that correct?  If so, I will be in NYC in April so could drop off the pedal if I'm still having issues.
