timefactor updates wont show up in update window

  My update software sees my timefactor but the new updates dont show up? Can I get the 4.5 update to manually enter in? I need my timefactor to work with h9 software. thanks

  Ok, I emailed you the latest bam. (The latest bam is 5.2.0[6], and only v5 and above releases work with H9 Control.)
  
  We should have the update server back up and running soon.

  update went well thanks, but when I startup h9 and try to log in its says server is under maintenance?

  Ok, I just emailed you the update file.
  
  Incidentally, we should have new versions posted tomorrow of the Eventide Direct Updater (v1.7.0) and H9 Control (v2.5.0) that download the update files from the cloud.

  We’ve posted new builds of both H9 Control and the Eventide Direct Updater that get the updates from the cloud. So please update to the latest version.

    Use the Eventide Direct Updater app. It has the latest software releases in it.
