      My update software sees my timefactor but the new updates dont show up? My version is 3.5. I need my timefactor to work with h9 software.Could you send me the newest Timefactor update to manually load? thanks

      You don't say what updater software you are using.

      If you have not already done so, download H9Control software and connect to your unit. H9Control should recognize that your unit is out of date and tell you what to do. (Your unit will need to be registered).

      If you have done the above and it does not work for some reason, contact support@eventide.com
