      My computer is not recognizing the H90 when plugged into the USB C cable on my PC. I can see it via my iPad. When on my iPad, I can see a software update is available but can not figure out how to install it.

       

      Is it possible to update via Bluetooth?

      What could be the problem with USB C on my PC I have tried multiple cables.

      Hello Securb,

      H90 Firmware can only be updated on a desktop computer, not via Bluetooth. USB C should be connected directly to the computer, not using a hub of any kind. If you have tried the supplied USB-C cable and it still doesn’t work, please email support@eventideaudio.com for more troubleshooting steps. Once you send the message, you should get an almost immediate reply confirming they’ve received it. Be on the lookout in your spam or junk folders just in case.

      After much troubleshooting, I figured out my issue updating the H90 firmware. I added the H90 again in the H90 Control App and deleted the old H90 profile. After doing this, the cloud download button was functioning, the pedal was updated and is working perfectly. I want to add that this was not new hardware; I added the exact same H90 pedal. This seems to have done the trick for me.
