Hi everyone, I sent the h9 for assistance due to delays in its operation, since it was returned to me it no longer connects to bluetooth. As you can see from the video, the pairing signal flashes and my devices are unable to connect to H9. I changed the connection code, tried turning bluetooth off and on again on the h9, did a system reset, re-wrote the firmware via usb… does anyone have an idea why it’s flashing and how to restore the signal?
