      Hi,

      Please could anyone tell me if there is an Eventide-approved repair facility in the UK  who would be able to fix a Pitchfactor. The problem is that the control knobs do not function i.e. have any effect re. adjustment of their respective parameters, regardless of the operating mode (bank or play) or the effect selected. (The footswitches and the encoder knob appear to function normally). Initializing has had no effect, so I suspect a hardware problem.
