Hi Raffele-
Just a few questions so we can help pinpoint the issue:
-Does the plug-in only show up as mono->mono in the inserts menu, or does it show up as mono->stereo and stereo->stereo as well, but is in fact outputting audio in mono?
-What version of OSX are you using?
-What version of UltraReverb are you using?
Thanks,
Tom

Hello,
It’s mono->mono only. No mono->stereo.
Pro Tools Version 10.3.8
OSX 10.8.5
Latest Ultra Reverb
Thanks

Raffaele-
Strange, all 3 formats (m->m, m->s, and s->s) should be part of the .aaxplugin that was installed.
-Does the track you're trying to place it on have the ability to be a stereo track? (If you're routing the mono track to another mono track, or trying to place UltraReverb before another plug-in in the signal chain which is mono, Pro Tools won't let you do mono-stereo).
-Can you try running the installer again if the above question isn't an issue?
Best,
Tom

I’ve tried to place it on a mono aux (as a mono to stereo) and on a stereo aux (as a stereo in/stereo out plug).
Can’t find it in the reverb or eventide folder (both category and manufacturer listing).
Can find it only in mono.
Tomorrow I’ll try to reinstall the plugin.
Thanks!

Hi Raffele,
I just checked my PT10 install and see the mono, mono->stereo, and stereo versions just fine. Are you using the latest 2.0.11 version from the website?
Additionally, do you see other mono->stereo plug-ins and or stereo plug-ins showing up on your track? Are you looking under the Multichannel Native plug-in list rather than the multi-mono Native plug-in list?
