      If I load the AU version in Logic, I have the overall sidechain option available in the top menu of the plugin.

      If I load the VST version in Studio one, then the sidechain option is not available.

      I have posted messages on studio one forum and other users experience the same thing

      Please advise,

      Hi Vinny-

      Sorry to hear about the trouble. Unfortunately, the VST version of UltraChannel doesn't support sidechain input, only the AU and AAX versions do. However, I believe that Studio One (at least the Producer and Professional versions) allow you to use third party AUs.
