ultrachannel vst not found / ableton / windows

I installed ultrachannel and confirmed that the .dll is in my vst folder, but the plugin does not show up when I scan for vst's in Ableton. I don't know why. Is anyone else having this problem? What is the solution? The .dll is definitely there. I registered with ilok, etc. So I'm not sure what's missing…

I was able to resolve this by logging into Ableton as administer.
