Hi,
I emailed the support address a few days ago but have yet to hear back.I followed the steps (as far as I can tell) to activate my copy of UltraReverb–the iLok License Manager software shows 1 activation on my machine–and Logic 9 is not recognizing the plug-in. Below is a copy/paste of the message I get when I attempt to 'Reset & Rescan' in the Audio Units Manager. It looks like below it says "no suitable image found," I'm not sure how to resolve that. I did download and try to use the installer. Please let me know what I can do to get up and running, and if you need more info from my end. Thanks!validating Audio Unit UltraReverb by Eventide:* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *AU Validation ToolVersion: 1.2.1b3Copyright 2003-2007, Apple, Inc. Hi James,
Can you try removing the binary and re-installing? It looks like something might have gotten corrupted with that binary. If this doesn't work please contact support@eventide.com and we'll try to dig deeper.
Thanks,
Dan
