Unable to purchase algorithms

Hi all.

Longtime reader first time poster (be patient with me).

I’m trying to purchase a Shimmer algo on my H9 Core. As soon as I type in my Apple ID password I get this error message:

 

“Unable to purchase

This item is for an app that was purchased by a different Apple ID.

To buy this item with this Apple ID you must first purchase the app.”

 

The H9 control app is registered to my account and I can see the log in data in the edit page.

My Apple ID is correct, and I’m logged with it in iTunes…

I really don’t understand what that message means…what app should I purchase?

Curious thing is that another algo I bought mnoths ago (TF Digital Delay) is working on my H9…

I'd try deleting the app and reinstalling it.  Hopefully, that will get rid of that error message…  

If you want to export any presets or preset lists you've created before doing so, you can do that by clicking on the Settings button in the bottom right hand corner of H9 Control and going to 'Export Presets and / or Preset Lists'.

I’ve actually been able to purchase the algo by installing the H9 Control on my MBP  and accessing the store from that, after connecting the H9 via USB.

After the purchase the algo popped up in the iPhone H9 control app…

Curious…but I got that, and besides, programming on the mac is much better than on a tiny iPhone screen…
