       Hi,

      Finally after a crazy week I got chance todat to try sort out the  issue I was having with the H8000FW.

      Turns out the update was completing and only the OS was being updated to 5.3 but the second part of the update was not doing it's thing and was not updating to  SDD Version: 03.02.00

       What I did was to unplug the Eve/net and run the update and all works fine now. Big Smile
