Updating Eclipse

      Hi @all,

      I´ve bought a used Eclipse. I tried to register it for updating it from 3.1 to 3.51 to 4.01. But I get the message A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.

      I didn´t got any answer from the support since weeks!

      Please, is there anybody who can help me?

      Try registering again – it may have been a temporary computer problem.

      If that fails, try support@eventide.com (again), giving full information including your sytem serial number and the names with which you are trying to register.

      I have same problem – can't register on site, and my eclipse is used.

      Wrote to support and waiting for answer. I hope, i get it soon.

      But i don't understand – why eventide add difficulties and problems in the use of them product?

      Tried another one with other places and date – got registered. Problem solved. Now my eclipse is 4.01 🙂
