I´ve bought a used Eclipse. I tried to register it for updating it from 3.1 to 3.51 to 4.01. But I get the message A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.
I didn´t got any answer from the support since weeks!
Try registering again – it may have been a temporary computer problem.
If that fails, try support@eventide.com (again), giving full information including your sytem serial number and the names with which you are trying to register.
